What does InvoxERP do?
InvoxERP prepares a digital invoice, checks it with FBR, and posts it when your subscription allows. The same subscription includes quotations, purchase orders, goods received, stock, a point of sale, and the accounting books: journals, receipts, supplier bills, banks, and the profit and loss and balance sheet. Invox does not keep payroll.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Confirm the registration email and sign in. Quotations are free with no limit. You can save one invoice and use Validate with FBR. That invoice cannot be submitted. Purchasing, the till, stock, and accounts open after a subscription payment is approved, or if an admin marks the business honoured. You can add three staff users and choose which menus each one sees.
What does registration include?
Registration is PKR 5,000 and includes the first two months. Monthly renewal is PKR 500. Yearly renewal is PKR 6,000. That price is for the whole system, including three staff users, not a separate fee for purchasing or accounts. From Subscription, send the plan, the transaction number, the payment detail, and a receipt. An admin approves the payment and the end date is set for you.
What is the difference between validate and submit?
Validate sends the invoice to FBR and does not post it. The invoice stays editable, so you can correct it and check again. Submit posts it. After FBR returns an invoice number, the lines lock. A later correction is a debit note that quotes that number.
What is an HS code?
It is the customs tariff code for the goods or service on the line. The description and the HS code are required. Quantity, price, and tax stay editable after you pick a product or a code.
Where do I get the FBR token?
The bearer token comes from the FBR IRIS portal, not from Invox. The guide walks through the sandbox request, IP whitelisting, and the production token. Paste the token on your business profile. Invox sends it to FBR with the invoice.
What happens when the subscription date passes?
Submit to FBR is hidden until a new payment is approved. You can still open invoices and validate. Reminder emails go out a few days before the date, then daily after it, until you pay or the account is suspended.

What is FBR digital invoicing?
FBR is Pakistan’s Federal Board of Revenue. Digital invoicing means FBR checks the invoice and, when you submit it, records it. Invox shows the message FBR returns. A pass uses status code 00 or status Valid. A failure shows validationResponse.error and any line errors.
